JBT Course in Haryana – हरियाणा सरकार के आदेश पर हाई कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला कोर्स बंद करने का उचित कारण बताओ वरना शुरू करो
हरियाणा सरकार शिक्षा विभाग के सचिव ने सेशन के शुरुआत में JBT कोर्स को बंद करने का निर्णय लिया था। उनके अनुसार अब नए सत्र मैं किसी भी सरकारी या निजी कॉलेज मैं इस साल से JBT कोर्स नहीं होगा। साल 2021 मैं भी ऐसा ही फैसला लिया गया था जिसको हाई कोर्ट से उस वक़्त खारिज कर दिया गया था।
बंद करने के पीछे का कारण ?
हरियाणा में वर्तमान में 342 प्राइवेट कॉलेज और 2 सरकारी कॉलेज हैं जिनमे कुल मिलाकर 21000 सीट हैं तथा 6000 से ज्यादा कर्मचारी कार्यरत हैं जिनके भविष्य पर संकट आ गया है. सरकार के इस फैसले के खिलाफ कॉलेज एसोसिएशन ने हाई कोर्ट मैं याचिका लगाई थी जिसपर कोर्ट ने सकारात्मक टिपण्णी की थी की सरकारी नौकरी ना होना कोर्स ना कराने का उचित कारण नहीं है और सरकार को आदेश दिया की वो NCTE तथा कॉलेजेस के साथ मीटिंग करके इसका हल निकाले।
6TH दिसंबर को सरकार , NCTE और कॉलेजेस की मीटिंग हुयी जिसमे NCTE ने बताया की शिक्षा निति २०२० के प्रावधान 10 साल के बाद 2030 से लागू होंगे तब तक JBT/D.EL.ED कोर्स २ साल का ही रहेगा सम्पूर्ण भारत में. इस मीटिंग मैं सुप्रीम कोर्ट के उस आदेश का भी हवाला दिया गया जिसमे ये निर्णय हुआ था की प्राइमरी टीचर के लिए बी.एड वाले अभ्यार्थी अप्लाई नहीं कर सकते सिर्फ एलीमेंट्री एजुकेशन कोर्स वाले अभ्यार्थी ही पार्टिसिपेट कर सकते हैं।
सभी पक्षो ने अपने तथ्य सरकार के अधिकारियो के सामने रखे और मीटिंग सकारात्मक रही। कॉलेजेस का ये भी कहना था की JBT कोर्स सारे राज्यों मैं चल रहा है और हरियाणा से कोर्स करने विद्यार्थी पूरे भारत मैं कहीं भी सरकारी और निजी स्कूल मैं जॉब के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है तो बेरोज़गारी वाला तथ्य मान्य नहीं है। अब सरकार अपना पक्ष 10 दिन के अंदर हाई कोर्ट मैं रखेगी और उम्मीद है जल्दी ही पोर्टल ऑनलाइन हो जाएगा।
