Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology (DCRUST UNIVERSITY), Murthal came into Existance on 6th November 2006 with the vision to facilitate and promote studies and research in emerging areas of higher education with focus on new frontiers of , engineering, science technology, architecture and management studies, humanities, Teahing Department, and also to achieve excellence in these connected fields.. Previously it was known as Chhotu Ram State College of Engineering. The University has been considered eligible for grants under Section 12(B) of UGC Act, 1956 in March, 2009. The University has got affiliating status and the technical and professional College/Institutes located in the District Sonepat & Panipat have been affiliated to the University..
DCRUST 2024 session: There is no entrance test for B.ED ADMISSION in DCRUST, admission process will be done on basis of merit list after counselling. The University is approved by NCTE and approx 12 DCRUST COLLEGE are approved from MURTHAL UNIVERSITY . Those who want to apply for the course needs to start the process by filling and submitting of the application form at your nearest center of the college in delhi.
